A Harrisonburg VA based salon that specializes in ethnic styles of all kind. My goal is to make you feel amazing from the inside out! Requirements - All styles require clean detangled hair and scalp. If you require the service or need it added onto your service, notify me or select that service. - Make sure you have read all of the services and their prices. - Your hair MUST be 3 inches and longer in order to book. If you need help clarifying this please contact me. - All braiding hair is included in price - If a certain hair color is needed or wanted for your style, please make sure to notify me or put it into your notes when booking. - Also make note that for certain styles, hair such as wigs and sew-ins are not included. - If you have scalp issues please notify me so I can accommodate you. - Also a nice greeting will be met by a nice welcome. Say hello before you start to ask questions! Late and Cancellations - When you drive you can sit in the upstairs waiting area until I come and get you! Please let me know you have arrived. - A 15 minute grace period is given if you are going to be late. Please just notify me! Anything over 15 minutes will be cancelled. To make sure this doesn’t happen, please input the location of your appointment into your GPS system! - Regarding changing/cancellation: - If you need to change the time, you can do that the day before or contact me to see if we are able to do so. - If you need to cancel, you must cancel your appointment through your scheduling link that has been emailed to you. - You also must cancel at least 12hrs before your appointment as you get reminders and updates which provides you time to cancel beforehand. - If you cancel before the 12hr mark you will will receive your deposit back! - Although your deposit is part of your final payment, you will receive a cancellation fee if you cancel last minute! - If you are a “No Call, No Show”, then you will be charged the same percentage as a last minute cancellation fee. - After the first “No Call No Show”, you will still be able to schedule an appointment. However, if the incident is repeated, you will no longer be allowed to book with me. - Please respect my time and yours! Payment Options - To book an appoint, you must pay a $15 deposit, which will go into your final payment at the end of your appointment! - I no longer provide Venmo, CashApp or Zelle as payment options! The NEW options are by card, through the booking website, or cash. Thank you! Mask Requirement - There is a COVID survey that you can fill out during your booking process. If you would like to wear a mask during the appointment, I can provide one! If you choose not to wear one, that is also fine. Photos and Videos - At the end of your service, I take pictures and videos of my work. If you wish to not have your face in them, it’s all good! Please let me know and I can provide you with a face covering. If later you decide that you would not like your photos posted, that is also fine! Just contact me or my social media manager and we can handle that for you. Thank you. Extra Information - No House Calls - I don’t usually provide same day appointments. If there is a way I can fit you in you will be charged a fit in fee of $45 added onto your final payment. - I would prefer if you would not book for a friend. You can give them my information and have them book the appointment so that there are no miscommunications. Thank you! - I do have extra seating in my room so if you would like to bring a friend you are able to! - To my male presenting clients, a cut goes a long way! It makes the end result look very clean. Please consider getting a cut before booking! - If you think you will get hungry bring snacks! Food and drinks are welcomed in my suite. Please just make sure it isn’t too messy. - I do not do touch maintenance over other peoples work! If you need clarifying you are welcome to contacting me. Cancellation Policy

Hello! I charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or last minute cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment. Thank you for understanding!
